Visit our brand-new Santa’s Grotto at Cornwall Gold this Christmas and meet Santa, post your letter to Santa and receive a festive treat and special gift, all while surrounded by history and a wonderful Christmassy atmosphere.

Santa’s Grotto will run on selected dates in December, with pre-booked time slots available from 10am - 3.50pm. Tickets are required for children, with accompanying adults free.

Dates & Booking

• Santa’s Grotto runs on 12–13 December and 19–23 December
• Pre-booking is essential
• Tickets must be purchased for children, each slot an accommodate 4 children
• Accompanying adults over the age of 18 are free, each booking requires at least one adult to attend
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time booked

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are required for children. Accompanying adults are free.
• Bookings may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
• If you need to cancel or amend your booking within 24 hours of your experience, please contact us directly. We will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible, and as much notice as possible is appreciated if you are unable to attend.
• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time booked and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Cornwall Gold.
• Refunds are not available within 24 hours of the booking time unless otherwise stated by Cornwall Gold.
• Cornwall Gold reserves the right to amend, reschedule or cancel experiences in exceptional circumstances.
