- Bookings may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
- If you need to cancel or amend your booking within 24 hours of your experience, please contact us directly. We will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible, and as much notice as possible is appreciated if you are unable to attend.
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time booked and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Cornwall Gold.
- Refunds are not available within 24 hours of the booking time unless otherwise stated by Cornwall Gold.
- Pearls vary naturally in size, colour and shape.
